The Zen Series 4 Pro AI Digital Lock offers several ways to access your home, including 3D Face Recognition, fingerprint, palm, RFID card, six-digit PIN, mechanical key, Alexa voice control and an RF remote. The RF remote works from approximately 12–15 feet when there are no obstacles. Alexa voice unlocking requires an unlock code. Use the Smart Life app to view and speak with visitors live, turn on video and unlock remotely without a bell press. Built-in Wi-Fi connects directly to the app without a gateway. The lock supports multiple app users and works with Android and iPhone. The lock stores up to 20 faces, 100 fingerprints, 100 RFID cards and 100 six-digit PINs. Two RFID cards and two mechanical keys are included. Security features include photo notifications after more than three incorrect face, fingerprint or PIN attempts, a siren and mobile notification if someone tries to remove the lock, automatic locking, a door-left-open alarm, PIN hiding, low-battery alerts and lost-card cancellation. The lock is described as waterproof with an IP65 rating and suitable for villa doors. Its camera should be installed at chest height for face recognition. A power bank can provide emergency power while the battery remains inside the lock; if the battery is removed, the mechanical key is the only way to unlock it.
