Product information
Bring connected access and video monitoring to your entrance with the Zen Series 2 Pro Digital Lock. Choose between Face ID, palm, fingerprint, RFID card, six-digit PIN, mechanical key or Wi-Fi remote unlocking.
The built-in camera and LCD screen support live video viewing from your mobile. Through the app, you can unlock remotely without a bell press, create OTPs, receive unlocking notifications, associate names with users and review one month of access history. The app supports unlimited users.
The fingerprint sensor stores up to 100 fingerprints, while the lock supports up to 100 RFID cards and 100 six-digit PINs. Two RFID cards and two mechanical keys are included. The lock uses a rechargeable lithium battery with an estimated backup of one to two months, depending on usage.
Security features include alerts after more than three incorrect fingerprint or PIN attempts, a siren and mobile notification if someone tries to remove the lock, PIN hiding, low-battery alerts and the ability to cancel a lost card by deleting its user.
